Konica Minolta crosses the 1,000 Production Printer installation in India

 

Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt Ltd, which started its Indian operations in August, 2010 is set to revolutionize the Indian printing market by offering high-qualityservices and solutions, along with a wide variety of product range. Konica Minolta today has the great pleasure to announce the installation of its 1,000th Production Printing machine in India. Konica Minolta has started “Production” market in 2008, and after Konica Minolta has started their own operation in August 2010, the speed has been accelerated. “This is a great landmark achievement for us and we owe the success of this to all our esteemed customers”, said Tadahiko Sumitani, Managing Director of Konica Minolta India operations. “We also take this opportunity to thank our partners HCL, Monotech and KMI for achieving this milestone and congratulate them for their performance. The second largest visitor turnout at Drupa is a pointer that India has a huge potential. Konica Minolta has ramped up its operations by inducting more personnel for business support like services. “Service is the key to success in India. We have recognized the importance of service in India and would like our partners to follow the same path” said Raju Iyer, Executive General Manager for Marketing. “We already have dedicated “Production” service managers in Mumbai and Chennai, and we also have a Call Center in Gurgaon. We have aggressive plans for strengthening our partners team to reach out to the customers as fast as possible” confirmed by Satoru Kajihara, General Manager for Service Support.
